Customer service has always been a top priority at TM. Please contact us at admin@treasuredmemoriesca.com with return or damaged item concerns or questions within 10 days of receiving your order. 

We do not accept returns on the following items: paper or cardstock sold by the sheet, discounted items, or products that have been opened/used.

Please do not ship back any returns without contacting us first at admin@treasuredmemoriesca.com
