October Hotel Crop Sign-ups NOW Open!

Hi everyone,
Our Crop & Shop events have been so much fun and we are looking forward to our next dates, October 7, 8, 9 and October 21, 22, 23. We are NOW taking sign-ups for both of the October crops. (be careful when signing-up and look at each date). Sign-ups are available for one, two or three days.
To sign-up for the crops, see the links below for each date or click this link to be directed to the Events & Classes section on our website. Add the days you wish to attend in the cart then checkout at one time, no need to do separate carts for each day. If signing up for a friend at the same time, you can change the quantity once you are in the cart. (There is not an All 3 day button option)
**Reminder: If you don't get in, please reply to this email and we will happily put your name on the waiting list!
There will also be a special "TM Only" rate for hotel rooms if you choose to stay at the hotel during the crop. Use each link in the email for each specific October event, the links will take you directly to the hotel website to book at the discounted rate, then select dates for stay. Reminder to please book your room early enough before the rate changes which is two weeks prior.

Six foot table all to your self!
Water and individually packaged snacks available
Mobile shop open entire crop hours for attendees
Cancellation Information:
For October 7, 8, 9: After September 16, all sign-ups are non-refundable, however if we can fill your spot, we will happily refund your payment.
For October 21, 22, 23: After September 30th, all sign-ups are non-refundable, however if we can fill your spot, we will happily refund your payment.
Optional: Hotel rooms available at a special "TM Only" rate
*Rooms must be booked two weeks prior to crop to receive special rate.

Room Rates:
Double Queen Room (2 Queen beds) at $99.99 plus tax = $112.18 per night
Deluxe King Bed Room at $99.99 plus tax = $112.18 per night
Single King Bed Room (Freeway side) at 89.99 plus tax = $100.97 per night

Complimentary Grab and Go Breakfast each morning
Complimentary Self-Parking near guestrooms
Complimentary Access to Gold’s Gym (8 minute walk)
Secured Guestroom Building (electronic keycard access only)
Best Western Rewards points for individual members will be awarded
Mobile Pop-Up Shop:
During each event the shop will be open to the public for specific hours. (if not attending the crop) We would love to see you again! Enter through the main lobby entrance and walk straight back to the large banquet room on the right.
